How do you make a keto lemon pie?

The Ingredients

1 keto graham cracker crust

2 batches keto lemon curd

2 large egg whites

1/2 cup sugar-free powdered sugar

1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar optional

Pie crust– You may also use any 9-inch pre-made pie crust or a homemade almond flour crust. To avoid the baking component, I used a graham cracker crust.

Lemon curd– Make your keto lemon curd, which you may make ahead of time.

Egg whites– Eggs are easier to separate if they are cold, but adding ice to them makes it nearly impossible. The ideal temperature for egg whites is about 59°F (15°C). If you don’t want the yolk in your recipes, place eggs in an ice bath and leave them there for at least 30 minutes.

Cream of tartar– Optional, but it aids in the meringue’s stability.

Keto powdered sugar– Make your own and save money by not having to spend a lot of cash.

The Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. As directed, make your pie crust and lemon curd.
